NetWare Edition – How it Works Like our standard Managed Server HSM solution, NetWare Edition enables the administrator to configure policies and usage of the “virtual” Central Storage Pool and archive files residing in the NetWare environment that are infrequently accessed to the central pool. NetWare Edition allows archival of inactive files to a variety of target environments including other NetWare volumes/servers, CIFS shares with the ability to cascade into third party vendor environments including  tape library, EMC Centera, IBM Tivoli, Archivas, Hitachi HCAP and more. The policy-driven engine provides for “lights-out” operation while providing complete, transparent access by users to all of their data.
